Leadership for Corporate Manager

A detailed workshop and Lead Lab experiences in a controlled setting is developed to provide learning on varied business leadership concepts.  This workshop focuses on building business leadership competencies. The focus of this workshop is to also provide opportunity to view Organisational Development, Change & Learning areas.  Creating a learning platform with right motivators for the team also needs emphasis. Develop your Executive Leadership Profile

This workshop is aimed at those experienced, technically sound professionals for whom leadership is a strong skill to be demonstrated. However it is observed that such managers are more task oriented and have less people orientation. They will already have some experience of what being a leader is all about but would have recognized that there is more to learn. The delegates get exposed to latest academic and business thinking on professional leadership. It’s a self assessment workshop and has linkages with their professional role within their organization. The workshop will be a great motivator to learn required skills and knowledge valued by your company and challenging business situation faced at the work place


Emotionally Intelligent Leaders (EIL)

Daniel Goleman’s 1996 book, ‘Emotional Intelligence’ made the point that emotions rather than conventional intelligence have the most powerful influence on the success or failure potential of every individual”. The workshop allows individuals to explore their personality, perception, attitudes, motion, learning through various tools & techniques. The workshop focuses on Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Self Control, Self Belief & Self Confidence. The delegate visits different business situations to test their talent of EIL.
Several Meditation & Creative Visualisation techniques are utilised to seek answers to thoughtful questions internally. It is said that the route to peace is below your nose. The session involves a high level of vocabulary testing while interacting with various individuals and situations.  Management of Healthy Conflict, Stress and Anger Management and Control is a part of discussions of the workshop.


Train the First Time Managers

The workshop lays emphasis on business v/s people focus. The workshop provides an interesting opportunity for the delegate to learn professional business principles and practices to deliver. Delegates are provided with inputs on business strategies to achieve their goals. The session also allows delegates to evaluate their own departmental structure to review people capability. The sessions are weaved in a way that allows managers to conduct organisational SWOT to explore creative options and developing business strategies. The principles of execution and implementation are worked upon with the first time manager. This ensures that delegates learn the critical areas of control and measurement by these first time managers to be successful. Team working issues along with assessment of over all performance assessment are vital areas in the workshop.

 


Conflict Management

Every one faces conflict in this professional world. The workshop gets to the deep rooted causes of conflict and helps delegates to seek answers that are within and not with others. As Stephen Covey said in his books of Seven Habits of highly effective people that “The doors are always locked from inside”. In this workshop we propose our delegates to explore hidden and blind causes to conflict. The delegates are motivated to separate the intra and interpersonal conflicts. A specialised technique with a lot of art work is used to bring out the inner self of the individual during the discussion. Therapies that allow an individual to manage conflict are discussed. The workshop also highlights areas of organisational conflict and works with delegates to conclude on specific areas of conflict. This allows saving it from financial cost for the company. Excellent research inputs are presented to establish linkage with academia, which becomes a sound grounding for proposing conflict resolution techniques. 

 


Self Management

The focus during the workshop is to coach delegates on how to align their personal and professional goals to organisational requirements. Delegates are provided an opportunity to prepare their own plan that allows them to work towards organized planning, scheduling and prioritizing tasks. However it’s imperative to note that such a workshop is organised by TQMS for 3 months (one day each per month). In the need for pressing technology, competitiveness and stress of effectiveness and efficiency, it’s essential that employees are coached on management of Self and not Time. At TQMS we believe Self Awareness is the key to influence delegates on Time Management.
We assist our delegates to work on their present level of understanding on how they spend their time at the work place. This provides an understanding on their work habits which needs professional assistance. The motive of the coach is to help delegates to strike the right chord of work life balances.  Stress Management Issues and Meditation level for inner calmness and strong outward composure are the program benefits at 3rd level.


Principles of Personal Change

The principles of personal change for delegates establishes work habits; are supposed to help a person achieve true interdependent "effectiveness". This is achieved by aligning the present practices by the principles of  relationship, commitment, professionalism, measuring dynamics and TRUST that they build with varied people in life…..
This program will simplify principles of personal change for delegates’ community who would use GOAL MANAGEMENT to their advantage. Throughout the program the trainer will point to principles as the FOCUS, to achieve Personal / Professional GOALS. The program presents the principles as an approach rather than a set of behaviors


Performance Management

What gets measured gets controlled. The workshop aims to assist delegates conduct a well-planned performance appraisals resulting in performance improvement and employee commitment. Line & Staff managers are equipped to handle those difficult staff situations while conducting yearly appraisals in a professional manner. It needs to be in sync with organisational core values and performance drivers.  This workshop details critical areas of Performance and behavioural measurement issues that needs to be managed  in a timely and professional manner before they are uncontrollable.
The emphasis throughout the training is on improved managerial assertiveness and effectiveness and building a work environment where line managers and employees know exactly what is expected of one another.  Mutual feedback is encouraged to enhance two-way communication. The competency-based workshop is highly practical and interactive in nature, with alot of role-playing to practise the skills learnt. It incorporates many handy tools and instruments to plan for and guide line managers through the coaching and counselling interviews

Performance Coaching & Counselling

To enhance people productivity and performance, we require business coaches.  In the TQMS Global coaching session delegates are exposed to fundamental concepts on coaching and counselling in business management areas. The objective of the workshop is to help individuals understand that they have to compete first with their own potential and not with others. The idea is to map delegate’s talent engagements and development skills. This needs alignment with their commitment existing managerial and leadership competencies. The entire workshop is situational based coaching to manage challenging situations and people at the workplace. This gives practicality to the workshops and enhances learning ability of the attendee. A participative learning environment stimulates high performance and deliverables in the team.

Delegates will work towards a specific implemental action plan for enhancing personal effectiveness as a business coach. A performance coaching and counselling workshop uses the T GROW Model for processed outcomes.


Change Management

The change management workshop helps organisations to prepare for a futuristic vision and understand the change management process. This will help delegates attending the workshop align variables and prepare a structured framework to deal with the organisation. The workshop deals with the Change management process and creates awareness to set the right vision
At the end of the workshop the delegates prepare a roadmap for implementation and ensure requisite teams are built. The delegates will be motivated to set measurement metric and design a workable system to review, follow up and reinforce. The workshop is practice driven with industry variables and concepts, thru participative management via role plays, games, activities.
