Shalini has teaching and training background. Her career graph has moved from teacher to behavioral coach in past 14 years. She is one of the ingenious women entrepreneurs who forecasted a decade ago the relevance of practical training linked with academia inputs. She sensitized that needs will grow with growing challenges of globalization and Human proficiency will be exceedingly demanding.
With a rationale of contributing Quality Assurance, Creative Teaching & Training techniques to the academia and corporate world, Shalini created her venture called TANISHQA QUINTESSENCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (TQMS) in 1999.
She collaborated her mission with academic institutions to streamline the learning processes. With her continuing endeavor, Shalini was blessed with the BEST EXTENSION TEACHER award in the year 2001-2002 from DR.B MUNGEKAR, Honourable VICE- CHANCELLOR, UNIVERSITY OF MUMBAI
Shalini has architected projects on Business Entrepreneurship as an Extension Field Coordinator for various Graduate and Post Graduate Colleges / Management Institutes in Mumbai. This motivated UG/PG students to vigorously participate and experience their role as entrepreneurs and create employment and wealth opportunities.
She arranges and presents Seminars for the Women Entrepreneurs to establish and administer Business Initiatives. She has extensively contributed to Women Development Cell, University of Mumbai.
She is empanelled with SISI (Small Industries Service Institute) wherein she conducts Managerial Workshops and Customer Service training / Executive Skills programs for SME’s.

The understanding of Academicians and Corporate Professionals’ learning interest and styles, allows her to liaison training competencies with self exploration techniques. Academically, Shalini has gained credits with Masters in Commerce, specializing in Management stream from University of Mumbai. She has done her Bachelors in Education from Hansraj and Jeevandas College of Education, University of Mumbai. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Science, with specialization in Counseling and Psychotherapy.
